FISH deployed RFID technology to make the experience of these international delegates highly personalized and totally frictionless ensuring they were registered, checked in, photographed, gated and tracked with the maximum efficiency. The delegates enjoyed a frictionless conference experience while Airbnb was able to understand their delegates’ behavior and preferences; where they went and which sessions were most popular.
